Penne Pesto With Sausages, pasta tossed with green tasty paste and mix with grilled sausages


  • 350 gm penne
  • 5 no basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp roasted pine nuts
  • ¼ tsp chopped garlic
  • 2 no cherry tomato
  • 1 No Asparagus slices
  • 2 no Mutton sausage
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • For Garnish
  • 1 tbsp parmesan cheese flacks
  • Red Tomato julienne and Italian parsley for garnish


    INSTRUCTIONS
     

    • Blanched the penne pasta in salted water for 8-9 minutes or until al dente, drain, cool it down and keep it aside
    • Chopped basil leaves, parmesan, pine nut, chopped garlic and Olive oil put everything in a blender make it smooth paste.
    • Heat oil in pan add chopped garlic cooked until translucent then add cherry tomato, asparagus and Mutton sausages cook for while
    • now add grinded paste and little water. Stir continuously Adjust the consistency
    • now toss pasta in pesto sauce Seasoning with salt and pepper
    • Garnish with tomato julienne and parmesan flacks
